Watercolor from scratch
4th and 5th February 2023
In this watercolor course, we start from scratch with an introduction to perspective and color theory before moving on to the painting itself.
The image on the left shows samples of atmospheric and linear perspective, wet-on-wet technique, dry brush, lost and found edges, contrast in tone and also a touch of imagination.
During the course we try different techniques such as washes, wet on wet and how to paint shadows and light. We also go through watercolour transparency and much more!

Philip, who teaches the course, has more than 25 years of experience as an illustrator and artist with several thousand commercial assignments both in Sweden and internationally.
